With a background in diplomacy and international technical assistance, spanning from natural resources management in Africa to national spatial master planning, over institutionalising foresight in government and heading Luxembourg Strategy  at the Ministry of the Economy, Pascale Junker has advised governments and companies at the highest level on how to change, plan and act for a better future.

Today her company Pascale Junker Foresight assists leaders in applying systemic foresight within planetary and human boundaries in their work and worldviews.

Jelmer Hoogzaad, founder of shifting paradigms, is a climate
change mitigation and circular economy expert, supporting organisations with identifying and developing circular mitigation
options. His systems’ or metabolic analysis places a company or jurisdiction in a broader system of material flows and stocks.
Subsequent data visualisations support the development of a joint vision of a circular, low-carbon future, while a structured
dialogue between decision-makers allows them to define their own role in accelerating the transition.
